Mona Shiber and I are partnering to offer you a day of mindfulness practices that are not only life-enhancing but also life skills that are necessary to maintain your sanity and well-being. Mona has been trained in these powerful stress management techniques as recommended by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn. Mona will soon be traveling, may you take this opportunity to learn what she has to offer.
