Yoga and a Book is a weekly gentle yoga class integrated with a discussion of a mindfulness-oriented text.

The book changes from month to month. To find the current book selection, please visit the yoga schedule.

Drop-ins are welcome, and due to the relaxed nature of the yoga session, no previous experience is necessary. However, to get most benefit from the book and from the yoga practice, it is recommended you attend every session. You can save money by buying a class card.
