Sivananda Beginners Series: This 8-class series provides a basic understanding of yoga philosophy, breathing, meditation, chanting, and 12 basic poses. The poses are somewhat vigorous compared to other beginner’s classes, although modifications are available. All are welcome! Check the schedule for availability.

Sivananda Yoga: Moderate to Vigorous class for people with some yoga experience or who are relatively fit. Advanced poses added to the basic 12 asanas. Great for developing or going deeper into a challenging, spiritual yoga practice. Includes chanting, meditation, and pranayama; open to people of all faiths. Namaste.
