The information in this post may be out of date. See the schedule for current events.

I’m going to be up at Kripalu for the next several weeks, but Hana Harb is covering my beginner Hatha yoga class while I’m away. The class is 6:30 Mondays on the second floor of the Family Life Center at Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 7225 Old Clinton Pike, Knoxville, Tennessee 37921. You can click here for a Google Map.

Classes are by donation (suggested $2-$10, but not required). If you’re in North Knoxville, Powell or Karns, be sure to join the class for some gentle yoga and deep relaxation!

Peace,
David

Powell, TN yoga class: Big hit

The information in this post may be out of date. See the schedule for current events.

Our first night of yoga in North Knoxville was a great success. Ten people came, almost all were complete beginners, and there was enough demand to warrant a second class per week.

If you missed it, please come next time. We meet Monday nights at Beaver Creek Cumberland Presbyterian Church upstairs in the Family Life Center at 6:30. Please bring a yoga mat and/or a towel.

What day/time would be good for you for a second class? Please use the contact form to let me know your preferences.

Thanks!
